What is the demand response? What is the important point of this business for the new electric power?

Although, the new electric power have supply obligation according to demand, the electricity ,but they don’t have the information of supply and demand on the electric power in the real time. Though it’s that, an excessively heavy penalty exists in an imbalance of the electric power. This is contradiction.We are thinking that this point should be cancelled.

By such reason, isn’t it the problem of the simultaneous same amount in the electric power that everybody of the new electric power can be disturbed most now? It’s obliged to achieve the simultaneous same amount when the electric power participate in the business as the new electric power.When the amount of electric power that is expected to sell couldn’t be supplied by the simultaneous same amount, the penalty is imposed.It’s the simultaneous same amount in 30 minutes in Japanese system.Its difference is less than the 3%, and this is the very severe restrictions.It’s forced to every new electric power now how to solve this problem.
